Please remember that as courier price is for doorstep delivery, if we deliver, and you wish us to climb to your roof terrace, please feel free to appreciate this by giving my assistant a tip. (He wouldn't be helping me if he didn't need the money! If we deliver, we are saving you money!

If you should change your mind after the  invoice is sent ,please let me know as I have to order timber and organize my diary for an order of production. Custom items can't be built until payment is received as I have been left with them in the past. Order of work is by payment received, not date ordered. Time is precious and time wasting can delay other customers production.

Production time is 21 - 28 days depending on size of order and how busy we are at the time. I mostly deliver quicker than this.
