DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery times are variable due to the fact that all my goods are custom made. I aim for 3 - 4 weeks but larger orders can take longer and smaller orders can be quicker.

We aim to deliver ASAP.

Smaller deliveries are covered by either UPS or TNT. Large pieces I can deliver , dependant on how far from London.

  

PRIVACY POLICY

This company (registered as Garden Deckor) does not store any financial details, credit/debit card etc on their database.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

As custom items , if you wish to cancel you must do so before I start cutting so within 48hrs from payment for full refund.

 

RETURNS/REFUNDS POLICY

Returns will only be accepted if the goods are damaged in transit or wrong goods delivered in error. Replacements , or rightfull goods will be delivered ASAP. If replacement not required moneys will be refunded.
